About Koko Mhendo Homestay - Tabakoshi (Mirik)
Koko Mhendo Homestay is located in Tabakoshi. Koko means plant and Mhendo means flower in Tamang language; is precious flower of buddhist culture. Most of the people uses it as a medicine for blood pressure and so on. It is found in moderate climate specially. We live in a tea garden; thus the homestay is surrounded with tea bushes and as well as orange plants. You may see varities of plants like orchid, cardamom, cactus, ginger, monstera, Rai nursery, flower nursery, Rangbhang river, peak of mountains, birds watching, Tabakoshi park, coffee, natural forest etc. It is totally noise free and a peaceful place. You may visit Nepal Kanyam, Shant bazar and park.
