Lepchajagat was once a small village filled with the Lepcha people. This small town has now turned into a popular tourist destination because of the lush green pine forests, serene landscapes and tranquil ambience. Many people who plan to trek to Sandhakpu often take rest in this area. There are times when snow falls in this village during the winters which makes it more of a must-visit places. Kalimpong, once a part of the Kingdom of Bhutan, Nepal and Sikkim has been an important place since the 16th century. This town has been playing an important factor in tourism since the times of the British rule. There are many British architetures that have been turned into major tourist attractions such as Morgan House, Crookety House, Dr. Graham's Home, etc.

Day 1 : - Siliguri to Lepchajagat

- Upon arrival at NJP / Bagdogra Airport / TN Bus Terminus, a car will pick you up. You will make your way to Lepchajagat via Mirik. After reaching Mirik, visit Mirik Lake and go for a horse ride or boating. Have lunch at any of the local restaurants. After lunch, visit the Bokar Monastery, well known for it’s spiritual serenity and architecture - Go up all the way to Simana Viewpoint. It lies in the Indo-Nepal border. Enjoy the view of the Nepal hills. Upon sunset, reach Lepchajagat and check in to your homestay

Day 2 : - Exploring Darjeeling

- When you finish breakfast, you can go to Darjeeling. Visit Batasia Loop and witness the Toy Train, a world heritage. You can also go to the Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park, home to the rare red panda and snow leopard - Stop by for lunch at any local restaurant. After lunch, you can explore the local market for local snacks and souvenirs. Chowrasta is a must visit destination - By evening return to homestay. End the day with a body warming local Nepali cuisine

Day 3 : - Lepchajagat to Kalimpong

- Start you day early with a view of sunrise from Kanchenjunga Sunrise viewpoint. After breakfast, checkout from homestay and visit Ghoom Railway Station - Make your way to Lamahatta and visit Lamahatta Eco Park. Stop by for lunch at any of the local restaurant in Lamahatta - Reach Kalimpong by evening. Stroll through the market. Do not miss out Kalimpong specialities; Kalimpong cheese, lollipop and Tibetan handicrafts. Check in at homestay

Day 4 : - Exploring Kalimpong

- After breakfast, visit Delo Eco Park. It offers stunning views and picturesque landscapes. Kalimpong Science Center is just a few minutes away from here - Have lunch at any of the local restaurant. Visit Durpin Dara for panoramic view of Mount Kanchenjunga and Teesta River. Explore the Zang Dhok Phalri Phodang Monastery, a significant Buddhist shrine - Enjoy your last evening in Kalimpong by visiting a local café and tasting some authentic momos. Return to homestay by night

Day 5 : - Departure

- Enjoy your breakfast and checkout from homestay. Depending on departure time, you might have some time to visit the Tharpa Choling Monastery or Morgan House - Head back to NJP or TN Bus Terminus, marking the end of your serene Himalayan adventure
