Subscription and Registration Policy:
Once a Rural property owner register his or her property in www.homestaying.in website then he or she is totally liable for the information provided by them, homestaying will not be responsible for any wrong information of rural property they enter in our website.
As they can rectify themselves by login into their own personal amount through Homestaying website.
From time to time our Subscription and registration policy may change due to changes in the government policy or demand of the rural property owner.
Subscription Plan:
Homestaying subscription plans are dynamic it may change at any time. It's not fixed, the final pricing will be decided while purchasing the subscription plan.
Payment Policy:
Home staying a unit of M/s Triplead.in has some payment policy which are as follows:
- Once Payment is done to M/s Triplead.in, then there is no policy of refund of money in any circumstance i.e. non-refundable.
- Pricing of our subscription can be change at any time, without any prior notice given to customer.
- Payment is done through bank transaction, UPI payment, Third party payment like Razor pay, and we accept cheque or Demand draft.
- We don't entertain any cash payment from our executive.
- Your subscription starts only when the payment is fully done or when money is officially credited in our respected company bank account only.

Please note that that any information you disclose in feedback, reviews and ratings with respect to your experiences in using our services and those of the Rural property owner's / Travel Agents and/or Travel Suppliers matched with your Trip Request becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information. Triplead.in has no liability for refunding any money or funds to the parties/customers if there will be any deficiency in services by the Travel Agent Company or by Travel Suppliers as because Triplead.in is just a website where the customers will fill their queries as per their recommendation and Triplead.in will forward the same to different Travel Agencies or Travel Suppliers, and thereafter the travel agencies will get into direct contact with the parties/customers, where the Triplead.in have no role to play. More over Triplead.in will have the right for indemnification for any loss that may cause to Triplead.in for any misuse of its Website or App, by any one and Triplead.in will have all the rights to approach the appropriate court of law for enforcement of such rights.
Security Issues
Triplead.in will not be held liable if any customers/clients will face any security issues for the deficiency in service from the part of Travel Agencies or by the Travel Suppliers.
Privacy
Triplead.in confers that Triplead.in will share the personal details of the customers/clients to the Travel Agencies/Travel Suppliers who are connected with Triplead.in and also confirms that Triplead.in and/or its suppliers will never share the information of the customers/clients to any third parties.
Non Refundable Clause
Once any Travel Company / Travel Agencies / Rural accommodation property will get entered into the subscription package with the Triplead.in, that particular Rural accommodation property / Travel Agencies/ Travel Supplier company cannot claim for refund of its subscription given to Triplead.in for any unforeseen reason or circumstances.
